A year ago I had my insert fireplace installed with Bromwell's. I waited a year to give a good assessment after using the new insert for a winter. Bromwell's coordinated with moving the gas line and electrical box in the fireplace. After using for a year - I could not be more pleased or happy with the fireplace insert and services provided by Bromwell's. Zack was my POC and was outstanding during the whole process. Great communications, accurate quote, and timely installation. My only regret is not using Bromwell's services sooner.

Truly excellent experience with this company, especially Caleb (sales) and Salvadore (installer) on a Fireplace X insert. I shopped around and Bromwells had the best pricing by far. ChatGPT also confirmed this. Caleb answered a long list of questions very competently, and with no pressure. They were even able to get it installed weeks ahead of schedule in time for the holidays. Prescott had Elvis come back today to make repairs to the previous job that had been done with Bromwell. We are much happier with how it looks now. I can’t say enough good things about Elvis and his level of attention to detail. Mr. Prescott has been checking in making sure that we are happy with the results and trying to take care of us much better the second time around!

Bought a Kozy Nordik 34 gas fireplace to replace a log set. I also purchased a sealed door set for another fireplace in the house. They seem to have a pretty standard practice of discounts if you buy more than one thing and I thought it was fair. The fireplace has been installed and the process was easy. The custom doors are awaiting the manufacturer. He also helped me out with replacing a gas line to our stove that was not up to code and did so at a reasonable price. I am happy with the service.
