  We recently had gas logs installed in our fireplace. The staff was wonderful. They did not try to upsell us at all. They answered all my questions. The installation experience was good. The installers were polite, respectful of our home, and efficient. Our experience here was excellent!

  I am BEYOND grateful to the team at Fireplace Fashions for the service they've provided. When 4 winds came out and told me to rip out my fireplace insert, I was devastated. Instead of servicing my home, they tried to rip me off. Thankfully, a call in to FF gave us the peace of mind we needed. Dave picked up the phone and made sure to put me on the schedule right away. He knew the model off-hand, treated me with kindness and respect, and even followed up to make sure the visit went well. Their experts came out and verified that the equipment was safe to use, plus sold me the millpac and rope gasket (which was all I needed) and explained how to fix the issue. While visiting the store I saw how clean and professional the place looked, and I even overheard another customer say that fireplace fashions is the only place she and her husband trust for their chimney needs. Dave even tried to help me identify the replacement component for the fan blowers, spending an extra 15min searching for the part#. I am so happy that trustworthy companies are still around to help new homeowners like myself - without them, I would've ripped out my fully-functioning insert and swapped to an overpriced electric unit!

  We are writing the review for a job a few years ago that didn't get written due to life events. Kathy had been wanting to get an insert for along time as the original one was very old and inoperable. We chose Fireplace Fashions and were glad we did. We had to have an old chimney removed down to the attic floor along with having roof repaired prior to install of new fireplace. The people that did the chimney tear down and roof repair did a lousy job.. The people from Fireplace Fashion not only installed our new fireplace they also corrected the spot on the roof where the piping came thru that the other company didn't. We feel that this was above and beyond what any other company would have done. Thank You and sorry for the delay in writing this

  We purchased, and had installed a Valor gas fireplace to replace an old ventless gas fireplace. This involved quite a bit of work, including chiseling away a large portion of our existing fireplace, installing the venting, installing a new gas line, and insulating the space in the wall where the fireplace was installed. The sales person we worked with provided us with good information to make a decision we would be happy with. The installers were professional and friendly. They did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up well afterwards. Fireplace fashions did not try to oversell us any product. The owner, Mike Miller, was very fair with any issues we brought to his attention. We are very happy with the end result, and highly recommend Fireplace Fashions. Update on 12/19/2023: This update has more to do with the fireplace itself, and the information I was given regarding it's reliability. The pilot light of this fireplace regularly goes out when lighting the gas fireplace. There have been multiple times when we could not get it lit. Earlier in the year, I had Fireplace Fashions service the fireplace. The service person checked to make sure it was installed properly, and reported that there is nothing that can be fixed, and that it is a known issue with the Valor gas fireplace we purchased. 1) I would not recommend a Valor gas fireplace for this reason. 2) If this is a known issue, as the service person told me, why is Fireplace Fashions selling it, or at least not warning potential buyers of this flaw? After spending several thousand dollars to purchase and install this fireplace, I am stuck with one that does not alway light. 3) Lastly, I have to wonder if this is truly a known flaw, or if Fireplace Fashions just didn't want to address the root cause of this issue.
