  The home we moved into a few years ago has gas fireplaces. I never used them because I wanted to have them checked out beforehand. When I called to arrange the appointment they were incredibly nice and upfront with the cost. The person who came today was incredibly professional, knew exactly what type of fireplace he was dealing with, checked them all and showed me how to use them. I will definitely be using them in the future for any maintenance or repairs.

  This was a great experience. They arrive on time. I appreciate that they removed their shoes prior to entering our home. They had a blanket they placed in front of the fireplace to keep the hearth and hardwood flooring from getting soiled while they serviced our fireplace. Our fireplace is working much better and we can rest assured knowing our fireplace is in good working order. We highly recommend The Fireplace Guys.

  Updated a older vented gas log system in home recently purchased to vent less with remote. Great selection and scheduling of install was quick. Very professional and neat. Took their time and showed us how to use the system as we were new to gas fireplaces.

  Great experience! Terrific family business, very professional, they show up as promised, knowledgeable, always get back to us promptly. Dennis even told us about their yearly service plan that saves us money! We had a propane stove that was great if power went out but with one small flame didn't give that "wow" look to the room. When they walked into our home, they laid down drop cloths. None of their tools etc were on any other surface! In less than 3 hours we have a 36" firebox with 24" logs that look so real and a Light Inside the Firebox ( blows our mind) that provides atmosphere when you dont have the fireplace lit!! The gas line was run, power was connected and they cleaned up. We got a very clear explanation of the remote and fireplace workings. We will use them for a yearly maintenance check and any other work we'd need. We're already recommending them to neighbors and family! Thanks guys Yep, as soon as it got dark yesterday we lit that light!
