Excellent customer service! I went to a local company and was not satisfied. I contacted Fireplace Depot and was connected with David. He was extremely responsive and informative. Thanks to his expertise we were able to make our purchase (with our first electric fireplace); a seamless process! The installers did an excellent job as well. I recommend having the company complete the install so you have no worries/no stress! Good customer service can be difficult to come across these days (as noted by my experience at the local fireplace store), however this was not the case at Fireplace Depot with Dave! Thank you!

After shopping around, noticed that pricing is about the same everywhere. The products Fireplace carries are more solid so I proceeded with them. Only professional service was received the entire time and they entertained my very particular engineering needs and details. If you need anything that they can provide, definitely proceed as it will be a pleasure of a project vs a headache! Can't wait to run my baby 24/7, it already did for two days but currently toooo hot.

Great business all around! It is/was a pleasure dealing with the team up to and post installation of my fireplace insert. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The installation crew did a phenomenal job getting everything installed and running... very professional. In addition, and most importantly, I ran into a small manufacturer defect of my unit that I didn't notice until days after the unit was installed. I reached our to Fireplace Depot and the team promptly contacted the manufacturer to get the item taken care of. Kudos to this company! I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to family/friends.

I called Fireplace Depot regarding replacement gas logs. The response from David was prompt and polite. I sent the requested information, he sent me pictures and a reasonable estimate. Logs were ordered and he replacement was within 10 days- a great turn- over considering we did this over Thanksgiving! The technicians were not only proficient and efficient, they were extremely polite. Clean up was included. I highly recommend Fireplace Depot! The best!
