He was very easy to work with and was able to order the parts I needed over the phone. He got my fireplace working and it works better than it ever has after his service. Went to get prices and information on a new build and install. Very poor service and attitude towards us was aloof. Eric was rude and arrogant. Gave us the impression we couldn't afford his product. Went to another dealer today. Excellent service and plan to purchase from them. Showroom not updated and messy.

We had a gas insert put in 20 years ago. When the pilot wouldn't stay lit, we tried to get it fixed calling multiple heat and air. All charged us a two hour minimum, tried to sell us a new one, then never gave us a quote. Stopped by fireplace creations. They still had us in their database. Suggested a new thermocouple would fix it. There is a trick to servicing them for sure, but the job was finished in around an hour. All cleaned and good as new for the less than what was charged by hat and air to find out they couldn't fix it. Grateful!
