I have a vented gas fireplace that either needs service or replacement. This company is local to my residence and when I called to get a quote for either a service call or replacement, I was referred to another company 45 minutes away (due to the manufacturer of my existing unit). I did call that company who told me they don’t service other company’s installations, but would be happy to quote a replacement for me. I called Fireplace Creations back to get a quote for a replacement and the receptionist seems more interested in informing me on how much involvement it would take (demolition, construction, etc). I finally asked her if she even wanted my business and she hung up on me! I hate to recommend other options, but it appears that Fireplace Creations really doesn’t want your business.

Tried to ask questions about types of fireplaces. Was quickly dismissed. Lady was very argumentative and abrasive. Will travel anywhere else for new fireplaces.

We are still under construction with our new home and Gary/crew put in our new fireplace and are putting in a yard fire pit as well. Had nothing but great service, price and installation from them. I highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with these guys and their customer service. I called about lighting my pilot light on my gas logs and the gentleman was very patient and explained to me exactly how to do it. He was NOT condescending or rude. He made zero dollars doing that but helped me anyway. Highly recommend?

Their service guy is great. He totally took apart my direct vent and cleaned every inch of it, adjusted the gas regulator at the tank, adjusted everything and now it works better than when it was new. I highly recommend.
