Up until today, this probably would have been 4-5 stars. My family and I have invested into a brand new wood stove and full chimney install through this business and we were hoping that there would be some sort of support/repair service, especially upon follow up of a major install. I called today to report an issue I was having and the person on the phone stated that’s not their responsibility and they can’t get anyone to come out and will not take a look at the issue I was concerned about in regards to the safety of my home. They referred me to a different business after knowing I had spent two significant installs and purchases with them. If you are looking for a business that will support the product they sell, and actually provide follow up customer service, this doesn’t seem like the place.

I started calling this store several months ago because they are the Heat n Glo dealer in the area and my wood burning prefab unit that is 27 years old needed replacement glass doors. My particular model is no longer manufactured but the fellow I spoke with took all the information and was going to check into getting new doors. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks and called again. He apologized, took all the information again and said he'd have the manager look into it. Another couple weeks went by with nothing, so I called back. This time I got an appointment for the manager to come out himself. Renzy (sp?) did show up and took measurements and photos, leaving with my broken glass door frames in hand and a promise to let me know what they were going to do. But again, another couple weeks went by without a word and I called the store. No one answered so I left a detailed message. Another couple weeks again went by with no response so I called and left a message again. To this day - months later - I have heard nothing from anyone and never got a call back or my door frames back. Apparently they have decided to completely ghost me. ?? I don't get it - How can they still be in business? I have finally found other ways to fix my unit and will never call this store again.

Beyond disappointed. I keep calling the office. Garry (very surly answering service) says he’ll pass a message to Renzy or Chris. I never received a call back so kept trying. After persevering, Chris, came to check my gas insert, and said if the problem continued he’d come back and splice the wires. The fire did not work when we had the recent cold snap, so again started calling / promises from Garry to get someone to call me back. Finally Chris called and said he’d come out in a week’s time. On the promised day, I called the office to ask what time Chris would come, because I had to go to Kalispell to pick up medication for my husband. No phone call, but my Caregiver at the house called to say Alec had arrived and he didn’t know what he was there for. According to my Caregiver, he was angry and rude, said he was forced to come to the house (no word from Chris), rattled a few wires and declared the unit ‘toast.’ He’d order a part and maybe it would arrive in two or three weeks time. Customer service for this business 0/10. Avoid this business like the plague. I have a family member who is very ill, and I have no idea if someone will come to finish what was started. I called Renzy (supposedly the owner) on Friday 10th October, and left a message asking him to call me. No one was picking up the phone. I have not had a call back from him, 5 days later. Time to post a review.

When I moved into my house I had Renzy replace the fashion over function fancy looking propane stove with a very efficient and functional wood stove. Update about 10 years later it's still working well. If I need more fireplace type work in the future I will be a return customer.

We love our home's 2 fireplaces. Was installed one year ago. Had some things that we needed to get fixed and did not hear back from renzy for several months. I understand if a company is busy. But I found this to be extensive. I suggest you hire more help. However, today a young guy came to do the repairs. And he was incredibly professional, clean, polite and very efficient. I am very happy with our fireplaces.
