Tri City Insulation installed my fireplace on a new built house. The fireplace failed after one winter. This company would not respond to my request for help after several months and a dozen phone calls. I finally contacted Fireplace Center in Wilson and they fixed my fireplace quickly. I notified my builder about this Tri City Insulation and I hope he will not use them in future builds.

The worst service you could possibly imagine! We waited for over 3 months to have someone come and lite our pilot on our gas logs and measure for a new damper. They didn't write a work order when we called, they charged us almost $30.00 more for the damper than was quoted, and finally charged us $91.00 to lite the pilot light! They were so unprofessional that we had another company install the new damper. NEVER AGAIN! Call a Chimney Sweep. You'll get better service for less money!

Have reached out four times to this company to see if they can install a wood stove with my chimney. This has been over a twelve month period. Never so much as even a call back ! I asked to have the owner call me back. Never called. You want to deal with them , Then roll the dice ! Mike

D0 NOT RECCOMMEND if I could give no stars that is what they would get!!! First they were suppose to be at my house from 1pm -330p but showed up at 430pm after taking a half a day off work and that costed me!!! Next I ask if they worked on Gas Logs and was told yes and I told the lady they were Lowes branded logs and there seem to be no problem with that! When the very dissrespctable guy gets here One Hour Late! He tells my wife he does not work on Lowes Gas Logs and it looked like a JackLeg tried installing them after my wife explained to him that I was the one that attempted to do the work and kept saying it was a JackLeg referring to me? My wife was totally got away Because even after she explained to him??????????????????? You would think he would wake up but not this guy he just Kept saying calling me her Husband a JackLeg What a jerk and he still charged me (The JackLeg )110 dollars to come to my house and disrespect me the one paying him if he does not work on a certain brand logs he needs to put it on his Web Site I feel like I got Scammed and Diisrespected all at the same time and he needs to work on his PR skills BE AWARE of this Company!!!!!!!!!!
