  My husband and I went to the store looking for gas inserts for our two fireplaces and a grill. The gentleman we spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a lot of good advice on the grill and inserts. However, I’m disappointed that he didn’t follow through with setting up an appointment to get measurements for our fireplaces. Not very good customer service since it’s been almost 3 weeks since we spoke with him and we’re still waiting.

  We recently had a new napoleon wood burning stove installed from fireplace and bbq warehouse. The experience was excellent. Jesse Lester was our salesman and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He streamlined the process and arranged for stove delivery and installation. He even drove out to a relatively remote location to bid the job and make sure all details would be addressed. Stove and installation seems to be done well and quite professionally. Old stove was removed and the mess was cleaned. I'm looking forward to the weather cooling so I can break it in. Overall it was great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone.

  BUYER'S BEWARE!!! I would first like to say that Jesse the sales person was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about selecting a fireplace for our home we were in the process of building. He was very professional and helpful with any questions or issues we ran into. Now as far as the rest goes other than working with Jesse, Stay away from this place! They never met any installation dead lines we had to coordinate with other contractors during the build. I was quoted a cheaper price from another fireplace company but they could not meet the timeline we needed for install so after the owner of this company called me personally and committed to the installation date I needed I went with them. (BIG MISTAKE) they missed all 5 dates they scheduled with me for install with all kinds of excuses including snow and other weather. The thing is if they would have showed up when they promised me they would have weather would not have been an issue. When it was an issue after the first couple missed appointments I even ran internal heat and removed roof snow and ice for the installation crew who still did not show up as scheduled. I finally got so tired of waiting I had to have my GC's roofing contractor finish the project I paid Fireplace BBQ warehouse to complete. But instead of an apology or taking money off the bill I got a call from Keith (one of the owners) chewing me out and yelling at me over the phone for finishing the project they continually failed to complete. To add insult to injury not only did they not try to make things right in anyway or even credit me back for the work they did not compete. They actually charged me more than the original bid for some BS about having to work around the insulation...which would not have been an issue if they would have showed up when they were originally supposed to. Anyway WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I don't see this company being in business much longer the way they operate and treat their customers. Should be interesting to se what the owners response will be.

  If you want the best experience ever on choosing a fireplace for you home or outdoors you need to go to the Fireplace & BBQ Warehouse and meet with Jesse Lester/Store Manager. He is thorough, knowledgeable and not one of those pushy salespersons. I like someone who shares the facts, gives me the pros and cons, gives me the $$ and then lets us make our final selection. You can do all the advertising in the world for your business, you might have the same products as someone else but to me service is the key and Fireplace & BBQ is the place to go!!
