My wife and I undertook a major renovation of what we believe is going to be our forever home. As part of the renovation we wanted to replace an old wood burning fireplace with a new, direct venting, propane fireplace in another location. After some initial research on the internet we finally made it to the Fireplace and BBQ Emporium in Palm Bay where we met Scott and his daughter Tracy. Over the next several months as the project developed, Scott and Tracy helped us define our project and select the best fireplace unit for our needs. When it became time to order and install the fireplace their interest in helping us they made us feel like we were their most important customers. There was never any question regarding the amount of time they spent catering to us to make sure our new fireplace met all our expectations.
