Their entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They also worked seamlessly with other contractors on-site who were handling framing and electrical work. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they took in bringing our vision to life.   We were extremely pleased at how clean the glass and logs now look and they did a refresh on the embers. They installed this unit eight years ago. The technician Dan was wonderful. My husband said that he did a really great job and spent a lot of time attending to the logs. There is extreme attention to detail. Thank you, Dan, Ryan, and the rest of the team.

Period. Neat, timely, friendly, and take great pride in their work. I`ve also worked with them on several projects over many years with the same results.   Fireplace and Chimney Professionals provides excellent service. Josh came on time and was very efficient. He identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in under an hour. A glitch popped up several days after our service call. The company did not give me a fuss in making a follow up appointment. Josh again spotted the issue on his second visit which turned out to be an easy fix. Since the follow up service call was covered by their warranty there was no charge. I will definitely use this company again for servicing our gas fireplace.
