  I chose FireMaster after visiting the other fireplace store down the street. FireMaster was very nice and helpful and saved us a lot of money. Steve was our salesman. Once we decided on the fireplace, Don came out to our house and showed us how to prepare the framing. Once we scheduled our install, Don came out with two other installers and they did a great job.

  We ordered a pool about 3-4 weeks ago. Steve was very informative and answered all questions. The pool was installed today. The workers did a great job. They were nice and got the job done quickly. Our liner ended up having a tear in it, so I contacted firemaster. They sent the guys right back out to take care of this and replaced the liner today. We are very happy with choosing firemaster.

  I purchased a 15D. Love Love it. The store is very helpful with advice on chemicals. We had a small leak, called the store and they came within a day. I would give them 10 stars!!
