Had a cleaning back in June and it went great from the phone call to the cleaning. Everyone was nice a knowledgeable. The previous owner of my house had the wood burning insert installed by them back in 2020. This thing heats my entire house and is super efficient. Don't believe all the bad reviews you see, some people have a real sense of entitlement.

BEWARE*****The owner is absolutely disgusting!!!! He came to our house to give us an estimate, and the moment he realized we had another company out for a quote, he completely lost it. He raised his voice at my husband and snapped, “Why am I even here then?!” His attitude was nasty, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. We ended up asking him to leave our property. No one should be treated this way. Someone with that kind of behavior should not be dealing with the public!!

Went in for a remote, poor service. Felt like they didnt want to help one bit. Weird vibe, would never go back! Dont waste your time....

Outstanding service. Pellet/wood stove service and cleaning for many years and each tech, including the owner Jim, have always been great to deal with and professional. The office staff is always friendly. A newer tech, Declan, did an outstanding job. Very professional, including attention to detail. We will always use FireFox Energy Concepts.

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about my new Woodstove AND FIREFOX ENERGY CONCEPTS. Why? They installed and can service my stove. Anything I need, they have. Any questions I have, I just KNOW a KNOWLEDGEABLE and highly qualified person is there for me. Not a fly by night salesperson. Thank you FIREFOX again love my Woodstove.
