We bought a new house that had a hot tub, so we weren’t sure about many things being a first time Hot tub owner. We were treated so fairly by Martin and Mike who did a restart and deep clean, and set us up with all the products we needed to get enjoying the spa right away. They made it easy, we’re transparent about pricing the whole way along, and have since picked up and answered any follow up questions we have! We had a great experience setting up our hot tub. The technician was friendly, on time and clearly an expert. He went above and beyond to ensure our tub was in excellent condition for us to use. He clearly explained how to maintain it and offered additional support any time we needed it. Great company!

IN sept , went to store, had their rep come out to the house to quote replacing my pellet stove. They quoted, I accepted- then for over a month I couldn't get a return call, email nothing. Bought a Harmon from Superior in Avon. Fire house is horrible

So I came in needing someone to help me with my pool, The Jets were not working and I am new pool owner so I did not know where to go. Every other pool place had no availability, firehouse Pools And Spas got me an appointment in only a weeks time. When they came out they knew exactly what to do and they had me up and running within 20 minutes. So very nice and friendly and he showed me some things how to take care of my pump. I am very grateful to this company because they were honest And came to my rescue. In fact the owner was there and he did not charge me because it was such an easy fix..
