Over the last 20 years, I have purchased two woodplace inserts from Fire Finesse. Most recently, I had a warranty issue with the stove I purchased over 10 years ago and I feared a complete replacement was necessary. The stove had a "lifetime" warranty, but I had my doubts about what would be done. I called Fire Finesse and Jessica got on the case like I had bought the stove yesterday. Within a few weeks, Fire Finesse had worked out the warranty with the manufacturer and came to my house to replace my broken stove with a brand new one. For anyone considering a new stove or any other product sold by Fire Finesse, my experience is that they are in it for the long haul.

Just had maintenance done on my gas fireplace. I believe the tech was Matt. He was simply wonderful. On time, polite, neat and clean, quick and thorough and accommodating in every way…(even putting up with my dog who hoped Matt might be there to play). Truly couldn’t ask for more and being a cold, rainy day, he left with my fireplace warming the house! Great experience!

Absolutely love the job they did. Very professional work, knowledgeable staff. I went to at least 3 other places before picking fire finesse. They care about the work they do and it shows. I had my insert installed at the end of 2017. The came out the following year cleaned the chimney and stove for a very reasonable price. I will be ordering a pellet stove next year and I will be getting it with them. I Highly recommend to give them your business. You won't be disappointed.
