I spoke with Andrew today and he was amazing. What initially prompted my call to Fire N' Stone was their detailed website. Though I live out of the area I called to inquire about the chimney repairs they do and what recommendations they might have in my area. Andrew helped me understand what they do, the products they use and the reasons. Andrew was very easy to talk to and also referred me to some contacts in my location. He went out of his way just to help me out which I greatly appreciate. If I lived in the Fire N' Stone area I would definitely hire them.
