  Purchased two electric fireplaces from them that cost just over $8,000 when we called for support and assistance on hooking them up they were absolutely clueless. We could have purchased the two fireplaces just as easily from an online merchants including Amazon for $2,000 less but felt it was much more important to buy locally and have the support should we have any issues. We received zero support and we didn't even get a return phone call when we had questions don't waste the extra money buy online.

  Our fireplace project included stone refacing, new hearth, and cleaning/maintenance of the fireplace insert. The project turned out exactly as we had imagined. Steve and his team were professional and courteous through the process. A few revisions were required midstream, but they remained focused on delivering a project we had anticipated. Steve even met with me at a stone quarry to assist in stone selection for our uniquely sized hearth. Additionally James, our salesman, was very pleasant to work with and followed through with communication whenever I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend them for fireplace services. The pictures included below show a before and after.

  Cannot say enough good things about Fire and Stone Design! We met with Steve on a Saturday morning and he was so informative about our options. I started having second thoughts (the next day) on which type of fireplace we should build. But I decided to call Steve, and he explained everything again in detail and with more drawings . It became much clearer to me and put my mind at ease. So glad we went with the full floor to ceiling stone! At installation, there was an issue with the incorrect mantle being installed. Tim responded right away and called me personally to apologize. He was able to replace the mantle with the correct one the very next day. We were so very impressed with this company and how they really care about their work and give excellent customer service. We just LOVE our new fireplace! Thank you!!!

  Great company! They were able to work with my schedule and change the appointment without issue. Deric was on time, kind, and went straight to work on our fireplace. He fixed the issue and also improved the appearance of the gas fireplace overall. Highly recommend hiring Fire and Stone Design for all your fireplace issues.
