My Toro 824 snowblower needed warranty service. In order for warranty service to be performed, Toro required that I take the unit to an authorized dealer. The nearest dealer who would actually perform warranty work was Ferguson's. FYI...Seymour's Sales and Service in Ludington, which is actually closer to where I live, and is also an authorized Toro dealer. However, they will not perform warranty service on units not purchased from them due to what I was told were issues with Toro. This was my first experience with Fergusons's Lawn Equipment. The people I had contact with were very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating, which included Dave, the lady who took my info at the counter and the gentleman who unloaded my unit out back. I unfortunately didn't get their names. If you're like me and appreciate exceptional customer service, I would definitely recommend Ferguson's Lawn Equipment for your outdoor needs.

Bought my snowblower here years ago and they've been great on the one repair they did on that, so I asked them to look at a gas fireplace that was giving us problems. Kaydon in particular was very dedicated and they spent a bunch of time tracking down a very weird issue that involved a number of fixes. Their pricing was very fair for this complicated fix, so I won't hesitate to recommend them, and use them again. Absolute 5 star service.

Online prices do not match in store. They advertised a leaf blower for $400 online. I was charged $450 in store. It's still $400 at Home Depot. Do your research and price compare.

Prices are what they should be. What will bring me back is service. They educated my about my new tool without belittling me. Actually taught me some great tips I did not know. Thank you Ferguson's.

Best $275 I've ever spent! The clutch cable on our Toro 721 broke, and to be honest, I'd never been happy with the machine from the time we got it. But it sounded like our blade scraper and rotors needed replacement. I figured it was worth trying to fix it for $275 rather than upgrading to a new two-stage unit. Boy was I right. I just got the machine home and cleaned up all the snow that's falling in the last couple of days while they had the machine. It was a revelation! It worked much better than the day we got it. Thank you so much. You have made a customer for life.
