We had bought a gas stove from Feens many years ago for our previous house. We recently went back for a new gas insert for our current house. Feens has an impressive amount of items on display. Also, they have decades of experience and are able to answer any and all of my questions.

We used Feen over a year ago. When they finally came ( after months of waiting time but when we buyed the heater they gave us an early appointment to install but changed it a few times ), there mostly came young guy‘s they couldn’t get the insert well in and it took several months before we could finally use it. We had to buy electric heaters in the meantime because because it was getting cold outside and inside the house also. Mr. Feen had to come by himself and he also had problems to get the heater in. When it finally worked there were very loud metal sound noises when the vent jumped on and they had to come again and again the young guys couldn’t make it and we had to wait for Mr feen again. After trying hard he could finally get rid of the loud noises but where the air is coming out it blows straight up to the ceiling and we can’t change this. The heater wasn’t cheap and should be much more efficient as the old one ( no vented one ) we had before but we had to order almost every second week propane because the fricken vent is blowing the air straight up to the ceiling and that’s not how it should be! It still is kind of loud. We can’t hear any other propane or gas heater friends have being so loud like ours! We’re very disappointed ☹️

My mother called to ask about a fire place insert and was treated rudely by the woman over the phone telling her to fill out the form online with no information given. That's 10,000 $ worth of business we will be doing elsewhere.

Awesome family run business. Told me honestly I need a special mover. It's a 1979 Hearthstone and heavy. They had a return for a great price I put a deposit on. They even referred me to an antique stove dealer. Super helpful and explained everything. Not going to get that at the big box stores!!!
