We stopped in on a Saturday & Sondra (I believe?) was patient & informative while giving us the rundown on the different options. We had to wait a couple weeks for the estimate but Mark was great. We had a gas line ran & logs installed. All went smoothly and we love the way it turned out.

The team at Federal Fireplace did an outstanding job. The level of professionalism of the installers is 5-star. I had them install a ventless gas fireplace in my office, refit my gas fireplace in my living room, as well as run a gas line to my firepit where they installed a very chic and modern look for me. Excellent service enormous selection of everything you could ever want.

I could not be happier with my experiences with Federal Fireplace. From the consultation as I was trying to make my decision (which was helpful and actually steered me away from some higher cost items), to the flexibility as I changed and added some features after the sale, to the installation service by Mark (and his partner, who’s name I can’t remember), everything was flawless. I changed from a 30 year old gas fireplace set to a more efficient version that lets me run the fireplace with the damper closed (with just a small gap). The logs are larger and more beautiful than my old set. They recommended and then painted the inside of the firebox to make the new log set (birch) pop. And, they were super helpful in choosing a set of glass doors (which I had not had before) that were beautiful but very good value. I’m happy to say my gas bill actually went down this past month, in spite of rising gas prices, thanks to this new system. Two thumbs way up for this company.

Called for a service appointment on an older gas fireplace, likely bought elsewhere. The service tech, Garret, came on time as promised. He was friendly, took off his shoes, and kept a clean work zone. He cleaned up our pilot mechanism and got it working without charging for unnecessary extras, just the reasonable and competitive service call fee. We’re very happy with the service received.
