I used this company many times and let me just say that not only was the customer service on point, but their costs are 1/3 of any other company in San Diego for the same quality service. Hands down, this is the only place that I will use moving forward for all fireplace work. Great service at an exceptional price.

Charged $349 for replacing a battery on my electric fireplace that I purchased from them 2 years ago. Seldom use as we have one in the family room. Thought the charge was outrageous….after complaining he reduced it to $249…..for a little battery!
