    Shaun & Max did an absolutely outstanding job demoing the old fire place & installing the new gas fireplace. They are absolute professionals & are very kind & extremely knowledgeable about the entire process & whats going to happen. Showing me in great detail how to operate the new gas fireplace. Looking forward to January, when my new custom built mantle will be installed & the tiling will be completed around the fireplace in a Chevron pattern. Thank you so much, Evergreen gas, I can’t say enough praises about your company. You guys are fantastic.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    After almost two years ..I still have no heat in my living room. I I initially had Evergreen heating and cooling out to my home because they’ve worked on my furnace in the past and they’ve been my servicer Since I’ve lived here. I requested them to inspect my heating ducks because I was not getting heat in my living room. They quoted me $2000 for the fix. I had another company out quoted me $1695.00 I asked them to match and they did. Problem not solved a year later. I requested to reinspect the work that was done. The technician indicated to me in person that they did not look like the work was completed. They have let techs go because of poor performance. He said that there was crushed duck work underneath preventing airflow to my living room in two main areas. He then gave me pictures of the ductwork as well as the areas where they crushed the new ductwork. Then told me his manager would get back to me. Shaun, the manager never did. And when I contacted them again via email, frustrated, I asked them to complete the work. I would Take this to another level. They don’t seem to care in fact Sean “I don’t wanna argue with you. It’s up to the ownerI!” Not what a customer rants to hear. I am a businessman and I run a business and have been in business for 30 years. This is not how you run a business..The quote was to fix and repair the ductwork that prevented airflow to my living room. It has not been done and I’m going into another cold season.. It’s too bad. I have to write a bad review in order for anyone to call me back if they do at all.. I will be sure to contact the BBB and my legal agents to resolve this dispute. To make matters worse, I’m missing golf clubs in my garage when the original technician was out looking at it. My air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working After their work was complete. Picture taken upon inspection of this as well. I spent $6000 cleaning up my crawlspace so they would have a sanitized area to work. All to be exactly where I started a job not complete in my family cold going in the winter. My recommendation is not to use this company, but find another one. The best part is their office is a block away. Such a tough distance to fix Issue to keep a customer happy. Inexcusable!!!! Unresponsive!!!! Bad business!! Not completing work that needed to na addressed . I don’t care if it was a trunk 5 ducts . It was diagnosed incorrectly and not resolved. .now furnace doesn’t work correctly.. business lost to ATemp as well as lol my neighbors !!!

    Parker came to service our ancient (1994) gas fireplace, which didn't have any logs in it and hadn't even been turned on in about a decade. He was honest with us about the age of our fireplace and the odds of getting it working, or finding logs for it. He was super friendly and knowledgeable as well as respectful of our property. The customer service rep Mairin was also very communicative and helpful. The company put in an honest effort to find OEM logs for the fireplace and understandably weren't able to but found an alternative that would work, which we appreciated. We ended up decommissioning the fireplace altogether, but I would recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for gas fireplace service and will definitely keep them in mind if we ever decide to replace our unit.

    CJ did a great job fixing our fireplace gas line. Love the companies customer service. Mairin was prompt in getting back to me on scheduling and was able to text me which I love so much more than phone calls which I always miss. They got me in the next day and our fireplace looks great!

    We moved into our 70's era home last year and didn't know how to activate and control a gas fireplace that was installed by the prior owners around 2014. A remodel contractor who did some work for us recommended Evergreen, so we made an appointment for an inspection and cleaning. CJ, the technician, was very pleasant and explained everything well. He pointed out two defects (burned out gas valve and a gap in the exhaust system), was able to give us a price to repair both items, and had the required parts in his truck to enable making the repairs while he was at our house. He fixed the problems and walked me through the fireplace features and operation using the remote. We are very pleased with our Evergreen experience.
