  Everyone we worked with, when looking for a gas fireplace insert , was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of installation, Allan and Dom did a phenomenal job. They were pleasant, friendly and cleaned up everything. Afterwards they put the furniture pack in its place. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Would highly recommend.

  Allan was very polite and knowledgeable. We appreciate the help and confidence he provided. Sometimes it sounded like panels of sheet metal vibrating and he has seemed to resolve this, tightening up and painted around the areas of the main display after cleaning everything out. It has made our unit look brand new and more colorful. Thanks a lot - wind blowing into the chimney, regular usage build up and dust can do a number on these and we did not know seeing how the unit was here when we purchased the house a few years ago

  Allan was great. He was professional, kept work area clean (used blanket and booties on shoes) and communicated the process well. He did a maintenance visit and replaced the blower on my fireplace insert.
