Just had the guys install this gas insert. Every interaction with this company was a good. Sales team was helpful, install team was prompt and gray to work with. And wow does this one pump out the heat! LOVE it! 5 month Update: great service after the sale too! Called the store today to get help with pairing my remote. Love them even more! I wish more companies treated their customers this good. SO happy with chose you guys. Keep it up. ❤️

Went to a competitor prior to going to the Energy Shop and was not acknowledged after 25 minutes and walked out.. Decided to check out the Energy Shop for another option and was greeted by Matt (possible owner) and his customer service was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and prompt as he set up an appointment for the following day to look at my fireplace to see what my options would be.. very helpful. I look forward to working with him :)...update, end result was a success, we love the fireplace and is much more convenient to use, the crew that came to do the install was professional and did a great job, thank you

Called about a possible repair for a fireplace in our home. Was able to get the repair scheduled easily, found out they installed the fireplace and were able to give us more information on it, and the repair was done professionally and in a good time frame. We will definitely call for future needs.
