  Im a do it yourself type person and I went into this thinking I was going to buy and install a fireplace, and have someone else install the Chimney. After meeting with Energy Products and Design and them giving us a quote to do the complete installation of the fireplace and chimney, we decided to have them do the installation minus the stone finishing which I would do. Chad in sales was very responsive and showed us several options. He has also been very helpful with answering questions along the way, even now after it has been installed. Jay the project manager did a great job setting up a day to install and then working to get all the little details completed, all parts were there and the installation crew showed up when they said. Two amazing gentleman came and installed the fireplace and chimney. They were polite and did amazing work. They also helped answer a few questions I had about finishing the fireplace with a stone surround. Sara in the office was extremely responsive to my questions and also helped me track down the right person depending on the question. They gave me an estimate and it came in right like they said even though there was some adjustments that needed to be made with the installation. I thought it was going to be more money, but it wasn't, it was exactly the amount they said. I highly recommend Energy Products and Design. A lot of places customer service has gone to the side, not at Energy Products! I felt like they were out to make sure I was satisfied and got the fireplace I needed to heat my home. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

  I have been enjoying our two visibly cleaner and quieter fireplaces since Bob came out a couple weeks ago for cleaning/tune ups. I specifically asked for him by name to come back after my great experience last year. This man is fantastic: thorough, organized, efficient, tidy, friendly, and very patient with my questions/concerns as I watched him go! I cannot say enough good things about his conscientious work, clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and his fun personality. I hope Energy Products knows what a great asset he is to their team.

  I would give this company 10 stars! I have an older fireplace that needed work. Nick, the service gentleman was so nice, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! He described the problems thoroughly and explained that I would be getting a call from the office that day with costs of parts needed. Mike in the office called me 2 hours later with parts costs and what to expect. He called back to verify the order and if I had any questions. I'm extremely happy with this company and the excellent staff and service. Thank you !

  I own two fireplaces from Energy Products. High quality products and excellent employees. Recently, I had an issue with my fireplaces. Mike in service was incredible. He is an expert in problem solving and found the parts needed to keep my fire going strong. He even followed up with me after I left the shop. Thanks again Mike!!!

  We recently had our 30-year old fireplace doors resealed by Mike at Energy Products and Design in Rochester, MN. He was very informative and professional. We expected the repair to take a week or two and were surprised when he completed everything in a couple days. Everything looks and works perfectly. We highly recommend Energy Products and Design and their service!! Fantastic!
