Have used Energy House for a few years. End product is fine, customer service is a real issue. You’d think they want your business, however after multiple interactions it seems they don’t. The tone is consistently argumentative, combative, and generally unpleasant. There are better service options in the area and I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I'd like to thank Nikki for her help in connecting us with the technical department at Heat & Glo regarding a question about our existing fireplace insert. Energy House had nothing to gain from us since we were not looking to buy or install, but she treated my question as urgently as if it was from one of her customers. Have used and recommended this company for several projects but they’ve deteriorated from excellent to poor. Salesman is defensive and combative and installers are inept. Definitely have recently changed their business model.

Wonderful fireplace, showroom, lots of selection of gas fireplaces. Modern looking fireplaces and electric fireplaces plus outdoor products. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this showroom to you if you're looking for a fireplace.

It is Truly Nice to have a business and have an awesome staff who are friendly and respectful. The purchase, communication, and installation of my new gas fireplace insert process was flawless. Thank you. The Chaska Model was an easy choice to upgrade my 20yo unit. This Chaska Model comes with a remote which allows me options to use it however I like the Smart Feature where it adjusts its actions to keep my room at a single temperature. Lastly, the Leadership Team should definitely be proud their staff does so well with their customers.
