  I purchased a new wood stove from Enchanted Fireside this summer and gladly recommend them to anyone who is in the market. Norman was very helpful in discussing the relative merits of freestanding stoves and fireplace inserts for our hearth arrangement, in giving his thoughts on the different models, and in patiently answering questions during several visits to the store. Costs were clearly listed in the price quote and were actually adjusted down after the home visit. The installation charge was less than those quoted by two local competitors, and the home visit and installation were prompt once the town got the building permit squared away. We've run our Hearthstone Castleton several times now and are very pleased with its ease of operation and economy of wood use.

  EDIT - they have been more helpful recently and I think (fingers crossed) we have our problem solved finally OLD - they installed my pellet stove 2 years ago and ive had a light smoky smell consistently with every use. We've brought them out and every time i get gaslit into thinking i must have been imagining something, until finally last time about 2 months ago the guy sees something in the back and tells me he sees the issue and they'll need 2 guys to come bring it out and fix whatever it is. Well after 2 months those guys came today and did not bring the stove out, spent about 45 minutes, said once again they see nothing wrong with it so they just sealed some thing a little more so they said they tried something. And once again i can not use my pellet stove this winter

  I don't normally like to write reviews, but Enchanted Fireside is an outstanding company and deserves a fantastic review! I bought a pellet stove for my house and Enchanted made it the easiest process from start to finish. Norman was my point person, and he was incredibly helpful through the entire process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The install technicians were so kind and made me very comfortable when they were working in my house. After the install, the technicians that came out to show me how my stove works were just as nice. They were at my house for almost 2 hours and were very thorough in making sure the stove was working efficiently for me. I really enjoyed working with Enchanted Fireside and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a heating stove for their house.

  Working with Enchanted Fireside was such a great experience for us. From the initial in-store consultation to the final installation, they were there to support us every step of the way. Their recommendations for the plumbing and electrical contractors were excellent. Everyone involved was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We love our gas fireplace! One of the best improvements we’ve made to our home!

  They did a fantastic job working with us to get our pellet stove installed. It was a complex install because of how small our house is, but they worked around it and we are thrilled with it!
