I would highly recommend Emmets Energy in Waterford. After 20 years of flawless service, my Lopi gas unit would not light. Dwayne was very helpful in guiding me on possible problems and parts in the shop and Ken, my service tech, was amazing! Not only did he install my new thermostat, but suggested and carried out the rewiring of the stove burner to thermostat connection so that if the thermostat failed in an emergency, the stove would still be functional. I'd have made this a six star review if I was given the option! 😊

I had a gas fireplace insert replaced a few months ago. I spent a long time chatting with the staff and they all answered any questions I had, made great suggestions which improved the choices made and the look. They will go out of their way to make sure you are making the correct purchase for your needs / wants. I have also experienced a woodstove problem that had nothing to do with them but they took time to answer questions and point me in the right direction. Woodstove, gas fireplace .... go to Emmett's Energy ... very nice staff.

My fireplace was not lighting, and I also wanted to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Ken did a complete and thorough job, as well as inspect and instruct all parts of the system. Ken was so kind and helpful as well as highly technically competent! I highly recommend Ken, and Emmett’s energy!
