    Thank goodness for this place! First time pool owner and they test your water for free. Ashley is so knowledgeable and total pool chemical geek and I mean that in a good way. This gal loves the chemical details. She's like a pool Doctor, who analyses your pool water and writes you a prescription and it works every time! I highly recommend them.

    Going 75mph weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating on I5 in the 60mph area in salem... must have some important stoves to install. Please encourage your employees to drive safe while representing your buisness.

    Absolute worst customer service. They said they would be at my house between 9:00-9:30. I called at 10:30 and was told it would be more than another hour. When I told the person on the phone I wouldn’t be here at that time and I was unhappy about that - she hung up on me. If she were my employee she would no longer be working for me. I was also told that I was supposed to be the first stop for the day and that turned out to be a lie.

    We have had multiple businesses analyze our hot tub, waiting now several months to get a repair. Asyis came in, diagnosed the problem, produced the part and fixed it all so efficiently at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by other businesses. Emerald Outdoor Living just gained some big fans!! We will look to them for future repairs and purchases. Thank you Asyis!

    One of the water control valves broke on my hot tub. I called emerald and they asked for a picture of the problem. They put me on their service call list. You have to give them your credit card number to be on file before they will come out. I asked how much a service call was and was told $200. He also said that they would fix it then if they had the part, otherwise they would have to come back with another service call. So, probably $400 since they don't sell Marquis hot tubs. I told them never mind. I did some research, found out how easy it was to fix, found the part locally for under $10 and fixed it in 5 minutes or less. Literally, a screw off the broken part and screw on the new part. The tub came with the house and i knew nothing about it. Maybe I should have done more before I called, but they had to know what an easy fix this was from the picture I sent. It would have been nice if they could have been more helpful upfront instead of going for the $$$.
