Dealing with Embers was overall a great experience, especially on the front end design phase. I stopped in looking for ideas on outdoor kitchen cabinets, etc, and Scott English hooked me up. He listened my ideas, gave some advice from his expertise and his own experience, and drew a design in CAD for me in 30 minutes to get the ball rolling. Delivery and installation was on time. Their service guys even came out after the fact and didn’t give me too hard a time when the gas wasn’t on 🤦♂️

Generally speaking, always a positive experience here over the last four years. Service is pricey, but you get what you pay for. They do book out in season so schedule accordingly! Everyone who works here is friendly and 100% professional. Would recommend! (Fireplace service)

All's well that ends well and we are very happy with the finished conversion of our wood fireplace to gas. Good showroom experience, however, there was a miscommunication with what needed to be done prior to installation so when the first installer showed up he could not complete the install. Once those issues were resolved, Jay that did the actual install, was terrific.

The work was done well and the team was very friendly. My lack of 5 stars is down the fact I paid for a diagnosis call out which took 20 minutes and was about $200 and then had to pay another call out fee for the fix which took less than an hour. Service and quality of work is great
