Everything from start to finish was excellent! We love our fire place. We ordered the modern flames Orion and couldn’t be happier. We were not able to see one in person so we decided on this one based off of the videos this company does on the top 5 and all the other videos they put out. Let me tell you the videos doesn’t do this thing justice although good but you definitely need to see it in person because it’s absolutely beautiful.

I had been wanting to upgrade my BBQ for a long time. I discovered Embers YouTube channel and used their many videos to educate me in what I wanted in a BBQ Grill. I settled on the Napoleon Prestige 665. I am in Arizona, Embers in Colorado, but I still wanted to give them a chance for the order. After all, it was their advice that helped me.
