John from Ely Stokes installed this RealFyre premium vented gas log set with remote for us. We couldn’t be happier with the company, the installer, and the product. The logs look real! John was punctual, and he kept his worksite clean. He wore booties over his shoes and laid down a tarp. His instructions were clear and included how to change the batteries and relight the pilot light. Every contact point with John and the office was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We’re so pleased with our positive experience, and we highly recommend Ely Stokes.
