We had to have our gas fireplace fixed and Wii contacted elite fireplace. They are very busy so it took a while but after having them do the repair I understand why so many people would want them to service their fireplaces. Kraig was our technician and he and his assistant, was very thorough, cleaned everything, did the repair quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend them more highly because of their professionalism and workmanship. If you ever need your fireplace serviced call them without question. They are great.

These guys are Top Notch! We had another fireplace company come in before them and they were unable to fix our gas fireplace. Elite Fireplace showed up and had the thing working, glass cleaned, fresh paint on the back walls and the enitre system operating in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Called several places like the chimney guy and their price was almost $100 more than elite fireplace. Elite fireplace came out and from the get go they were professional. Kept their area clean and picked up after themselves. They replaced the thermocouple and got my fireplace up and running. I was quoted $275 from the other guy just to clean if parts needed the cost would be higher. With elite I paid $176 with parts and cleaned fireplace. Just to say that they went above is an understatement. Some of the metal inside the fireplace was a bit rusted reddish. Well without even asking the technician sprayed it black now it looks amazing.

Highly recommend. They came recommended from a chimney sweep professional that we use. We have had multiple companies work on fireplaces, and it always comes down to the quality and attention to detail of the installers. John and his crew are top notch. They pay close attention to detail and ensure a safe and successful installation. When it comes to the safety of my family, I am unwilling to compromise and very critical of this work being done the right way. I feel 100% comfortable that their attention to detail and doing things right leaves us safe to burn away. A very personal touch with knowledgeable owner, office team and installers. Zero regrets using them. I will always look to Elite for fireplace work moving forward, and highly recommend to anyone.
