We can't say enough great things about East Coast Energy Products! Kyle came to our house to conduct a general cleaning and service of our gas fireplace. He was very accommodating, pet friendly, and made our gas fireplace look like new. We had an issue trying to get it to ignite and he was able to troubleshoot and fix it. He even made it look so much better, adding some embers to the fireplace.

Scammers! Hired this company to do some work on our gas fireplace because the fan was making noise (but fireplace was working). After service, and $1200 later, our fireplace is no longer functioning at all and we were sent another quote for $800 to replace more parts that were working perfectly fine before. My husband spoke to the manager who claimed it was like taking a car in for service - "they always find something else to fix." Ridiculous. Avoid!

I purchased two fireplaces from East Coast Fireplace 10-years ago. Because I built my own home, I wasn’t ready for them to do the complete installation at the time of purchase, and ended up doing most of the installation myself. Ten years later, I finally finished my home and wanted the company to come out perform a general inspection of my work and start them up for me. The sales people were outstanding, kind and very helpful. The service call was super prompt. I had a difference of opinion with the amount of the service charge. I explained that to the service manager, and he quickly responded with a very satisfactory resolution, cutting the bill by more than half. This is very important when you consider the trustworthiness of a company. They could have said, it is what it is, but they were very honest and fair about it and did the right thing. Seemingly that has become a rarity these days. I highly recommend anyone to do business with them. I know I feel very comfortable recommending them to friends.
