East Bay Fireplace and BBQ knocked it out of the park for us. We were out of town buyers and they made the entire process seamless. From helping us figure out transporting our new BBQ safely to packaging it up and loading it for us they were all incredible. Heather was so friendly and quick to respond to our questions and Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and easy to do business with. 10/10 recommend these people and their amazing business. We had a great experience with East Bay Fireplace from start to finish. I wanted to keep our existing rock design and add a Mantel. They had to cut into the rock to install the mantel, which was a little tricky but they made it look easy. They arrived on time, kept the area clean and had the job completed in two days. We went with the Regency which is fully controlled from a remote, it easy to use and has a number of different settings to adjust flame, fan and embers. Plus, it’s battery backed up Incase you lose power. We love it, and boy does it keep the house warm and toasty.

We recently (December 2020) contracted East Bay Fireplace & BBQ to replace our old (1980), outdated and inefficient fireplace. The work included demolition of the existing fireplace, reframing the facade to new dimensions to match the tile size, install a new insert (Montigo), install new ducting, and retile the surface. All the work was done on time (about 1 week) and in a very professional manner. Everyone was COVID compliant, arrived on time, were very friendly, did everything we asked, worked efficiently and cleaned up their work area before leaving each day. The new insert works much better than our old fireplace and the tile work was very precise. Although there were minor adjustments during construction, the final bill was exactly what was estimated. We could not be happier with the work that was done by EBF. The process was easier than we expected and the fireplace turned out better than we hoped. We happily recommend East Bay Fireplace & BBQ.

They visited my project site and promised two 3d design but they didn't send anything. I followed up 4 times and every time they said they will have it by next day but didn't get anything after days passed from each follow up. I will not do business with them as they can't do what is core to their business.
