From the moment I walked into the Earthcore showroom the customer service was amazing. Josh was great communicator and very knowledgeable about the products. For example,I was so in love with this brick for my fireplace. It was being discontinued but Josh saved it for my install. During the process it was accidentally thrown away. When Josh found out he was up at 5 am digging it out of the dumpster in the pouring rain. I have nothing but praise for this company and Josh. Two thumbs up. Way up!!!!

I worked with Anthony on my new construction build for a wood burning magnum firebox and he has been awesome to work with. Communication was great very responsive and helpful even months after the install was completed and bill was paid. Crew installed in a day and was very professional and left jobsite very clean. I would strongly recommend these guys. Great product and great people. Hard to find this unfortunately in the current construction market.

We had such a great experience with these guys, Josh was able to help us get our fireplace done in record time to prevent any interference with other simultaneous projects underway with our home renovation. Our install manager was Alan and Vincent was the installer. Everyone was so professional and efficient, and the end result is beautiful!
