  I am writing to tell you about the great service that I have received from Earth Energy. First, Renee of the administrative staff was fabulous in following up and in easing the whole process. We have fireplaces at two different addresses and that could have been confusing! She smoothed over any possible misunderstanding. Jesse, the installer and fireplace expert was wonderful! He was cordial and respectful and did the work quickly and so cleanly that we didn’t have anything to do when he left! He also advised us that one of our fireplaces only needed to be serviced—it was in much better condition that the other one which needed a new burner and logs. It would have been easy for him to see the other fireplace as a way to make more money—and instead established trust by letting us know that it really only needed service. We have been happy with Earth Energy from the first contact—and are so glad that we didn’t opt for an online company. We’re glad that there is a store here and wonderful installers.   So I drove 45 minutes here with my wife on a recommendation from a landscaping co. to purchase and have installed a fire pit. The woman I spoke to showed me 4? fire pits which we didn't care for and then said you should have one custom built? Nice way to run a business. She seemed to have no interest in selling one to us. Don't waste your time coming here.

  By far the BEST customer service experience that I have had in a very long time. All the inside components of my fireplace needed to be replaced. Their communication and follow up on my repairs was exceptional. They needed to make a couple trips to my house to diagnose the issues and a couple parts needed to be ordered. They were always prompt on their arrive time, took the time to carefully make sure that all items around the fireplace remained clean while they did their work and left my fireplace looking better than when I bought my house. Jesse, the service technician, was kind & courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. As a local business owner myself that thrives to provide good customer service to my clients, was beyond empresses with this business. I will use them again when I need something and will not hesitate for a single moment to recommend this business to anyone who needs them.
