My wife and I had been looking for a wood-burning stove, feeling frustrated by very unsatisfactory experiences at a number of different stores. We had finally the great fortune to run into Matt at Duluth Stove & Fireplace. Matt is unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with excellent advice, lots of options and choices, and ultimately a great deal on a wonderful stove. His ongoing support is further appreciated.

I've had to amend the review on the basis of some sketchy customer service. While the basic sauna is fine the lights have been a constant source of trouble and haven't really worked properly from the beginning. I've tried repeatedly to get the dealer to fix them but so far I haven't had much of a response. The LEDs are failing one section at a time and pretty soon I'm going to be sitting and sweating in the dark. Finnleo hasn't been much help either. It's been very frustrating. The photo shows the sole surviving LED section. I would recommend, everything else being equal, that you buy something else from someone else.

Extremely happy with our indoor sauna from Duluth Stove & Fireplace! We had looked at various pre-built kit saunas in-store, but ultimately decided to go with a custom-cut sauna. We worked with Duluth Stove & Fireplace to install a custom Finnleo electric sauna in our basement. We are extremely pleased with the results. They were able to work with us on customizing our sauna and give us recommendations. They also worked with an electrician to get the necessary 240V installed. They kept everything neat in the work area and cleaned up once the job was completed. We worked with Matt at the store and Scott with the install and were very happy! There were some delays on Finnleo's part, but they were always response to calls and kept us updated on work dates. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a Finnleo Hallmark 4x6 sauna from Matt and Jason at Duluth Stove and Fireplace. They did a great job of taking care of our vision of owning a sauna and put us in a sauna that is perfect for our needs. We use the sauna daily and it is perfect for shaking off the cold in the middle of winter. Great service and product! Thanks! Dec 2020 update... Winter is back and I am back in the Sauna. Used it lightly over the summer, but with MN winter back I am in it daily. The Sauna performs flawlessly. Dec 2022 update... Still working flawlessly! If you are considering it. I would say stop waiting and make the investment. October 2024 Fired up for Sauna season. Still working flawlessly.
