  Hi Dr. Sweep, my husband and I just wanted to say thank you and Jamie for the excellent customer service that was provided. Jamie came promptly and explained everything to us as he went along. He advised us of the needed repairs and discussed possible options. Once the date was scheduled, Jamie arrived and set up the job and went to work, quickly, quietly and kept the job site clean as he went. He even explained the process each time I came out to peek at the progress!! We are pleased and would definitely recommend Dr. Sweep to others. Thanks again. The Moore’s

  I recommend Dr Sweep with my highest regards. Their entire team was amazing from start to finish. I had other companies come out to my home for estimates, the workers were short with me, didn’t explain the costs or why I needed all the repairs. When Dr Sweep came out, they explained everything in great detail, which in turn helped me understand the process and costs affiliated to the repairs. Once I confirmed we were ready to move forward, they scheduled me immediately. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank you!!!

  I have had a similar bad experience as other customers. The office staff when you call has no idea what is going on. I scheduled an appointment online and when I called the next day to confirm it they said the online scheduling is not working right we are canceling your appointment and we can't come out for 2 weeks. Someone came out 2 weeks later to look at my chimney. They said I will get back with you tomorrow with a price. It has been over a week and no quote from them for the job and I have been trying to get a call back from the office and I can't. No one answers the phone and they don't return voicemails. From the reviews it seems like you have a 50/50 shot at a good v bad experience. If their workmanship is as good as their customer service I do not want them working on my house.

  We had Dr. Sweep out to our home to clean and check our gas fireplace that was not working. They did an amazing job fixing it! They were on time and completed the job at an excellent price! I would highly recommend their service!

  Called Dr Sweep for a chimney cleaning they were quick to get me in and the guy that showed up was very polite and explained the process and what he was doing every step I was very impressed how helpful and attentive he was to all my crazy questions I didn’t know about my chimney . The camera was very helpful in seeing cracks I was impressed on the detail! Even got an email with receipt and everything in it. Definitely will use again
