Dr. Sweep did an excellent job on my chimney. They were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. The cleaning was thorough, and they made sure to protect my home from any mess. They also handled some minor repairs quickly and showed me before-and-after photos. Overall, great service! Highly recommend them and will use them again!

Rob is the tech who came out as part of their "assessment/clean" service. Though he was professional, friendly, and gave good tips regarding fireplace management/safety...I can't believe this company charges $270 for this charge. It's stipulated that if the chimney does not pass inspection, no cleaning will be done. After taking a couple of photos with an ipad and a flashlight from inside our house, we received a quote of $15,000 to get the chimney repairs done/updated. Paying $270 for what was a quick look up from the ground outside, and quick snaps of inside...I can't believe they would have that type of accurate quote. The fact that they feel okay charging customers that much money just to essentially not do anything to their chimney and then tell them how much more to pay...is sick. I was also supposed to receive those photos taken, and after asking Rob himself as well as Carrie, I have yet to receive anything back. Go elsewhere unless you literally want to throw your money away and still not have a functioning chimney.

Haven't used fireplace since i moved in over 5 years ago. Jeremy, was great, showed me how to use the fire place and gave me some awesome suggestions and really cleaned it out. Thank you very much!!

Jeremy was very kind, courteous and professional. When he ran the camera he took the time to explain to me what i was seeing and the work that would be needed to insure we would have a safe and proper working fireplace. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received and will definitely have Dr. Sweep come back for the work we need done in the future. Thanks again, Jeremy!

A great company with great service and knowledgeable professionals to help fix, clean or inspect your chimney and/or fireplace. The owner, John and his whole team treat you like family and make sure the job is done right and best part is they don't charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. Highly recommend!
