I called for a question about my fireplace which was installed by this company and was rudely told “I’m not your secretary” by Mark when I asked if he could locate the make and model of my fireplace that his company installed. He also told me “I was way out into left field” when I asked him about a warranty for this installation.

Do not purchase from this store. I worked with Mark the owner, gave him the exact dimensions of my fireplace opening. He recommended a unit for me. I trusted him and purchased based on his guidance. The unit does not fit. He did not explain the return policy, nor did they send me an invoice, I am now out $3300 and he will not budge to help me. Total loss of money. Horrible customer service. Clearly the owner doesn’t even know what he selling. Move on. Don’t risk your money.

I am so happy that I found Dorothy Tester. In addition to having the best selection of indoor & outdoor fireplaces anywhere in the area, the great friendly service is what truly sets them apart. They took great care of me when I needed technical help with my fireplace, and even showed me around the warehouse to look at some of the great new fireplaces they have in stock. That level of friendly, professional service made me feel like part of the family, and now they have another loyal customer for life.
