The guys were on time and excellent. Ryan went over what they were going to do before hand and then went over the report when they were finished. He explained everything in simple terms and made suggestions. The work area was cleaner when they left then it was when they got there. Both guys were extremely polite and professional. Done Right has been my go to contact for anything related to my wood stove - not just yearly maintenance but when I’ve been confused about why things aren’t burning correctly or dealing with air backdraft issues. They are always kind and thorough in their investigation of what could be causing the problem, take care of the space in putting down several dropcloths, and spend their valuable time and energy to explain any findings and suggestions for next steps. I am very pleased with Done Right Chimney services. The workers arrived as scheduled and were friendly and informative as to the inspection and cleaning process. They were extremely thorough in the disassembly and inspection of the stove and inspection of the stovepipe as well as its cleaning and stove reassembly. Their inspection report which was digitalized was detailed and easily understood. I would definitely recommend their services.
