The team at Distinctive Mantel Designs was great to work with on our new fireplace and stone mantel. First of all, they really know their fireplaces…more knowledge than I found with any other retailer. And I’m technically-oriented, so the “specs” were important to us. Their time estimates were accurate, and their response to email, text, and phone messages were superb…and I’m a stickler for great customer service. The mantel installers were meticulous…checking everything 2-3 times for level, plumb, and square. We highly recommend that you work with Distinctive Mantel Designs!

I needed a new mantel for our Livingroom. I went to a well known fireplace store and they highly recommended distinctive mantels. I contacted them and Joey was amazing to work with. He came out and consulted with me and really made an effort to get exactly what I wanted. They delivered and installed it after it was finished. I am so happy with our mantel. It is beautiful.
