Dischler specced and installed the entire HVAC system for our new build house. Nate was willing to talk through the options and share his knowledge. We had a few things that needed to be looked at after a couple of months of living in the house but Dischler has been standing behind the products and install so far. Jake from Dischler came out to the house to address any issues we had noticed and walked us through any of the systems and configurations that we didn't understand. Jake was helpful and willing to look into any concerns that we had. The take away was a few items that need to be addressed but they will be scheduling a time to take care of those shortly. The wait time to get a response via email can be slow. My understanding is that they are very busy and not always in the office because they are needed out in the field. I have been told that calling will get a much faster response. UPDATE: I called about the boiler not running as expected when we started getting colder weather. Matt was out here the same day, fixed the issue and answered any questions that I had. Matt knows a lot about boilers and is great at explaining everything.

Can you give zero stars for office staff? I called for a discrepancy in my bill and what the service tech told me he did. I was told they would adjust the bill and that I should go elsewhere next time!!

REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I am very happy that you replied. I do want to correct a something in your statement though as I can prove they are false. While I do appreciate you trying to slander and discredit my review because it is negative by saying I was past due, but I do want to point out that I do not have any amount that is 90 days past due as you claim. If I did, I would assume you would send me to collection for that. At this point I will also mention that I left 2 voicemails on October 24, and October 25 asking to discuss the invoices which is why I was waiting to pay the invoice. I have attached a copy of the invoice that you claim is 90 past due, however in the 61-90, and the over 90 days buckets you will see $0. I would look into better book keeping software to avoid making sure slanderous claims in the future. Secondly, yes the part was $$52.30, the invoice amount was $55.18. I will concede and update my review to reflect the markup of 872% instead of 1,166%. To sum up: - Yes, I incorrectly quoted the price of $70 for $6 of PVC (I can prove it is only $6) this is my fault and I do apologize. -Dischler said I was 90 days past due trying to discredit the negative response - this is simply not true (speaks to the honesty of the company), see attached invoice. I have other main points to make now that their accounting system seems to be faulty (or just lying), but I will let others draw their own conclusions on that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Be very careful about pricing. Seems to be a growing trend if you read through other reviews. I had a service member out to my house, who left an elbow that needed to be screwed into a piece of PVC but the old one had snapped off. The service man did not fix the part, and since the entire pvc piece needed to be replaced, I went to Dischler to get the piece. When I asked if they had it, they did, but would not give me a price. The piece in the picture below was $50 and I only learned about that when I got the invoice in the mail. If I would have known the markup was 870% on the parts I would have created it myself. Buyer beware, $50 for $6 worth of PVC. That is outrageous. Makes the owners comment of "this furnace will need to be replaced because parts will be too expensive" a self fulfilling prophecy. I will not use this company again and I would advise anyone else to either get pricing upfront in writing from them, or just use another dealer. I'm finding plenty of other dealers in the area that are more reputable and honest with their customers.

We just had our central air unit replaced so we are all set for summer. The Dischler main office team was very responsive to getting us a bid, following up for scheduling and even notified us of a cancellation so we were able to sneak in early. Chad & Austin arrived promptly at their scheduled time, they wore their masks and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They communicated what their plan was, the estimated timeline, notified us on their completion and explained "next steps" for us so we could fully understand. They also reminded us that we can call at any time if we have questions or need help. They were very pleasant and easy to engage with....great guys. We've hired Dischlers in the past and have always been impressed with their knowledgable staff, attention to detail and great communication skills. Their customer service is over the top and I would highly recommend this family owned/operated business...hands down.

When my heating and air-conditioning have gone out are they were emergencies to me. Dischler has always fixed my issues on the same day. Courteous and fair priced, I would call them again if needed.
