Recently, we purchased a new electric fireplace to replace our existing wood model. Terry and Pauline were very helpful at explaining what work would need to be done to remove our existing fireplace so we could plan on the re-modelling of the area. They even agreed to store our unit until the work could be completed. They also recommended a contractor, Garrett, who removed the existing unit, installed the new fireplace and added the stone and mantle over a couple of days. We are thrilled with our new fireplace. It is a wonderful upgrade for our home.

Great experience purchasing our fireplace place from this family run business. Main point of contact was Pauline who was so pleasant to deal with both in person and in the follow up via email and phone afterwards. I also had great interactions with Terry who delivered it, and Brad via email. All interactions were professional and friendly. I did also use a contractor which was recommended through the shop for the install and was very happy with the result. All around just a really good experience!
