  I initially purchased a wood stove from Dean's in 2008. I have never had an issue with the stove, but felt I needed a change. I decided it was time for a pellet stove. I visited Dean's 3 weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting Chris Scalia. He was informative, friendly and presented a non pushy demeanor. (I also work in sales and people truly appreciate a no pressure purchase). He was quick to respond to all of my email inquiries, even after working hours. I was going to "shop around" but quickly decided to pull the trigger and give him my business, as Dean's has been in the business for many years, which speaks volumes. Today, the new stove was installed. Tony and another gentleman, whose name escapes me, were kind, informative, and respectful of the property. I am now a proud and happy owner of a Ravelli pellet stove! Thank you Chris and crew for a great experience! You're top notch in my book!

  We were recommended to Dean’s Stove & Spa, LLC by our home builder since we wanted to convert two wood fireplaces to gas. He said they were the best. He was right! The service in the store, during installation, and at the handover was excellent. We couldn’t be more happy with Dean’s. The quality of materials, and professionalism were top notch.   We just purchased our third stove from Dean’s Stove and Spa and we can honestly say they have made our long New England winters bearable. Installation was completely different for each and all filled with their own challenges. Two Lopi gas stoves keep our Family Room and Library-Studio cozy, and our Soapstone Hearthstone keeps our kitchen and dining rooms warm and comfortable throughout the day and well into the night. Working with Dean, Chris, and the installation crew of Tony, Jeff, and Zac made the entire process less stressful. Knowing that we purchased the very best quality products from the best staff assures us we are safe and set for years to come.

  The entire staff was very helpful. When we had an issue with our panel door they worked with us until the problem was fixed. A special thanks goes to Bruno. He provided us with a thorough explanation and stepped in to identify and correct the problem. Bruno also brought his own firewood to demonstrate the proper way to start a fire after I expressed concerns about the heat that the stove provided. Because Bruno and the entire staff took the time to address all our concerns, respond in a timely manner, we can say with 100% confidence that you will also have the same experience. I highly recommend Dean’s Stove & SPA. Our wood burning insert works exactly as was advertised.

  I purchased a wood burning insert and while I shopped around back in June and saw one I was interested in and it was a refurbished one and I was highly interested in at that time but had to secure financing, Chris had someone interested in it 2 weeks later and called me and asked if I were interested and I wasn't able to but with that I ended up going down in the middle of august, found one and purchased it from Chris. The installation went well and he let me know there was a class before I needed to start it and it did help. I had a small issue because I wasn't sure of it and he had someone check it out and walk me through what to look for since it was my first wood burning insert. I would highly recommend.
