Cody just checked and cleaned up our vented propane stove not only is it working beautifully but we told him the hand held control had not worked for years and we were told that there was no way to fix . They do not make this control anymore. Could there be someway to control the flame and fan we asked? He fix the auto turn off for control inside the stove and now its working after 3 years of us turning the stove on and off at the switch on back having a low flame and fan set on low. Way to go Cody !! We are thrilled and enjoying a beautiful flame and fan. So happy Thanksgiving to knowledgeable serviceman Cody !

Our fireplace had not been run since before we bought the house, and I wanted to make sure it was safe. They sent their tech Brian, and he did an excellent job. He inspected, cleaned, and got it running quickly. It works and looks great, I couldn't be happier with the service.

Brian Avery and CJ diagnosed our fireplace and was able to fix the issues. Brian had a very small area to replace the Pilot Assembly, and he did it perfectly. CJ diagnosed another issue and we able to resolve it. Both provided me advice for keeping our family's outdoor fireplace working well in the future. We have enjoyed our fireplace ever since Dayton Fireplace installed it in 2017.
