Josh from Darboy Stone came out today to repair my fireplace. He was extremely thorough and answers all of my (many) questions making sure understood. I was extremely pleased with the service Josh provided and very happy to get my fireplace back working properly again! The installers (Jacob and Darian) showed up at 8:00am as scheduled and got right to work. They put down drop cloths throughout the house, which was nice. They worked steady, yet took the time to answer all my questions. Jacob showed me how to operate the remote and they cleaned up the house well. They took measurements for the shroud, which they'll have to return in the future to finish the job. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you for the great service!! Josh was very professional and helpful installing a blower on our fireplace. He also added more embers and helped increase the flame height. We are very happy with the performance of the fireplace now.
