CESAR LUNA, owner of DANDELION INSTALLERS, is THE BEST! (Another well-known installer was very inefficient.) Cesar took over, FIXED the gas flue, and took out all the logs and CLEANED every element of the fire-place, that was a mess. Cesar replaced broken parts and provided a new, simple remote that was in his truck! Then, he cleaned the glass with his special product (no ammonia.)
