  Sahdula from Cyprus Air was outstanding. I was looking to have my current gas fireplace serviced to make sure everything was ok for the upcoming winter weather. He performed the service and found that the fireplace was not suitable for use due to its age. He recommended a replacement that was would not break the bank. Very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of his trade. Thank you Cyprus for having technicians like Sahdula.

  Worst customer service ever! I had emergency within 9 months of the having the equipment and they gave me a maintenance/check up service for 3 weeks later. Reported it Dec 16 and got Jan 6th date. I had to call back several times to Ai to finally get a person on the line. The persons were more concerned about a 30 monthly payment for a Diamond membership that they could not send me an email about for proof it is not a scam. I felt entirely helpless and asked if they had a legal dept. The rep straight lied and said they don’t have one because it is not necessary cause it is all in the contract. I just smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ and was like you just lied and I hope this call is being recorded for quality purposes. Why would I believe anything g else if you would lie so straight up like that. Again, overpriced, bad customer service, and they will LIE right to you directly!!

  Had my fireplace gas insert inspected and cleaned in preparation for the upcoming winter season. The company representative who performed the task - Derrick - was punctual, had a friendly and courteous attitude, and performed the project in a timely and professional manner with minimal interruption to our schedule. The project was completed in time for me to enjoy the fireplace for the Thanksgiving holiday, especially when watching the televised football games. We definitely will be using Cypress Heating again for our fireplace maintenance.

  The technician was courteous and comprehensive. However, the appointment was originally set for Dec 18, but no one showed up. It was a surprise when I received notice last night that someone was coming today.
